Flexible booking with our rebooking guarantee
Up to 14 days before your arrival date, you may move the date of your booking free of charge. Is the new holiday cheaper than your shifted holiday? Then you will not be refunded the difference. Another period can also be more expensive. You only have to pay the difference. You do have to move within the applicable camping season. We will move your reservation free of charge. We do ask you to pay the amount of the reservation on the correct due date. Are you unable/unwilling to reschedule and do you want to cancel your planned holiday? Then we apply the RECRON conditions, provided you have used our cancellation fund.
CANCELLATION FUND:
While booking online, you have the option to participate in our cancellation fund at 6 percent of the total cost plus €5,00 euro one-time administration.
If you have opted for the cancellation fund when making your booking, we will refund the total booking amount to you in the following situations:
- Sudden serious illness and/or accidents of a family member.
- Severe illness or death in the non-traveling family (1st or 2nd degree).
- Involuntary unemployment of the main breadwinner.
- Significant business or home damage requiring presence.
- Unexpected relocation or assignment of a rental property.
- Inability to use the planned means of transport and/or camping equipment for the holiday due to theft, fire, or unexpected mechanical or vehicle damage within three weeks before the planned arrival.
If there are special circumstances not described above, the management will decide.
You can only book the cancellation fund with the reservation. After making the reservation, you cannot add the cancellation fund.
Our cancellation fund will, on presentation of written proof, pay you the total amount (excluding the cancellation fund contribution and administration fee) of the booking if it has already been paid.
Without the cancellation fund, the RECRON conditions apply.
In case of cancellation, we charge an administrative fee of €12,50 euro.
FAIR-WEATHER GUARANTEE
If your holiday falls through due to prolonged bad weather, you can make use of our ‘good weather guarantee’. You may then continue your holiday at another time in the same season. This is subject to availability. This good weather guarantee is valid from reserved and pre-paid bookings longer than 10 days.
PAYMENT TERMS:
50% of the total booking fee to be transferred immediately. The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival. No booking fee will be charged.
